Latisha Russell has established herself as an accomplished real estate attorney practicing in South Florida, offering her clients truly unique and world-class representation.

Her journey in this field began with unwavering dedication to learning, earning a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Miami. She continued her academic journey, achieving a Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Finance, and Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University. While attending law school in Orlando, Latisha worked with the Bankruptcy Clinic for the Middle District of Florida.

 

Her commitment to education continued as she became an adjunct professor at Florida International University's College of Business and the Chaplin School of Hospitality. Today, she remains a respected finance professor at Broward College and a prominent real estate professor at Valencia College.

Latisha's path further diversifies with her ownership of HYGGE REAL ESTATE LLC, supported by an active real estate broker's license in Florida and upcoming licensure in New Mexico. She also serves as an online notary for the State of Florida and as a mediator for Orange County, Florida. Additionally, Latisha is admitted into the United States District Court of Southern Florida.
